  • 30 ml hot (70–80 °C) water

  • 200 ml hot milk or plant-based alternative

 

Whisk 2.5 g of matcha with 30 ml of hot (not boiling) water until smooth and lump-free. Pour in 200 ml of heated or frothed milk (dairy, almond, or coconut). Stir gently and enjoy a vibrant, naturally energizing drink. The sediment may be consumed.
